Mayra is a graduate of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru and obtained an LLM Degree in Energy Law and Policy from the University of Dundee (2016). Also, she completed a specialization course on Electricity and Regulation from the Sociedad Nacional de Industrias, Petróleo y Energía (SNMPE), an International Diploma on Renewable Energy from ESAN University and an Energy and Law diploma from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru.
