About Jorge Sicouret Zea

Jorge Sicouret Zea is an attorney at Coronel & Pérez. He holds a degree from Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo (UEES) and later obtained a Master’s in Business Law from the same university. Jorge joined the firm in 2020 and has dedicated his practice to advising clients on due diligence for the assessment of projects, and on M&A transactions. He has also assisted his clients in the design and negotiation of sophisticated corporate and contractual structures.
