Octavio Rosselli is a special legal consultant and international counsel at Coronel & Pérez. Octavio was admitted to the Bar in Colombia and worked for almost 20 years at CAF, a multilateral institution, serving as general counsel for the last four years and advising it on infrastructure financings, equity investments and grants, as well as providing technical assistance to clients throughout LATAM. He also has extensive experience in advising clients in cross-border transactions and ESG requirements. Octavio also has 12 years of experience in renowned financial institutions in Colombia and Ecuador.
