About Ángel Gaibor

Ángel Gaibor is a senior associate at Coronel & Pérez with extensive in-house experience. Before joining the firm, he worked for more than five years as an in-house lawyer for an important Ecuadorean business group. Ángel’s practice focuses on civil, corporate, constitutional, labour, real estate and administrative matters. He provides legal advice and participates in incorporation processes, statutory reforms, dissolutions, liquidations and corporate restructuring. Ángel earned his law degree from Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo, where he also obtained a Master’s in Procedural Law and a Diploma in Public Management from Universidad Casa Grande.
