About Claudia Arietti

Claudia Arietti is a senior associate in FERRERE’s Asunción office. Her practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions for local and international clients. She has experience advising multilateral organisations, local and foreign companies, and financial institutions in matters involving foreign investment, commercial and distribution agreements, bilateral and syndicated, secured and unsecured loans, banking, and stock exchange regulations. Claudia was a Fulbright Scholarship grantee during her LLM studies at New York University, and in 2016, she was awarded an NYU International Finance and Development Fellowship at the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) in Geneva.
