About Nariné Atamian

Nariné Atamian is a financial services senior associate who counsels bank and nonbank financial institutions on regulatory, transactional, and enforcement matters. She advises clients on a wide range of bank regulatory matters, with particular experience advising on the Bank Holding Company Act, Federal Deposit Insurance Act, Home Owners’ Loan Act, and Dodd-Frank Act. She has particular experience advising financial institutions on bank and trust chartering, structuring, licensing, permissibility, and control issues. She also assists clients on matters relating to operational resilience, resolution and recovery planning, corporate governance, and evolving financial regulatory subjects, such as ESG and AI.
