About Matt Modell

Matt Modell focuses on antitrust and other complex litigation at the trial level in federal and state courts throughout the country, including antitrust and trade regulation, internal and government investigations, criminal antitrust defence, class actions, and private and government litigation. Matt is also a CFIUS attorney and has counselled and navigated clients through the CFIUS process, including the clearance process and compliance pursuant to mitigation agreements. Matt has successfully represented companies and individuals in cartel investigations by the US Department of Justice.
