About Hernán Fleischmann

Hernán Fleischmann is the founding partner of Fleischmann & Román Abogados. He has more than 25 years of experience advising domestic and foreign clients on construction projects and construction litigation and arbitration. He studied law at the Universidad Católica de Chile (summa cum laude) and obtained his master of laws at Georgetown University, Washington DC, USA. He has published several articles and has lectured various classes on subjects within his specialist areas. He is an arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago. He was recognised in Chambers and Partners Latin American rankings (Band 3, projects and Band 4, dispute resolution and arbitration).
