joined the Altyn Kanun team after graduating from the faculty of law in 2017, and is an associate in the firm. Her practice is mainly focused on the following sectors of the economy: textile industry, banks and financial institutions, telecommunication, transportation and logistics, and mining industry. Gulyalek mainly specialises in providing legal advice to state agencies. She provides legal advice on M&A, corporate tax, and family law. Currently she is engaged in the work on the privatisation (denationalisation) of state-owned companies and state facilities; in particular, she is involved in the creation of joint-stock companies with the participation of state agencies.
