About Georges Angaman Kouadio

Georges Angaman Kouadio started his career in 1996 as a tax expert in the legal and tax divisions of Deloitte & Touche (in Abidjan and Neuilly) before joining Mazars in Abidjan and then Jean-François Chauveau’s firm as a Senior Associate. Within KSK, he acts as the partner in charge of supervising the M&A Corporate and Tax teams, which provide services in the areas of general business law, regulated activities, tax, M&A and corporate law. In this capacity, he has been involved in numerous assignments involving assistance with tax audits, tax rescript requests, tax litigation, structuring of set-up projects and studies of the legal and tax implications of company transactions, and establishing employee shareholding plans.
