About Kouamé Klemet-N’Guessan
Kouamé Klemet-N’Guessan
graduated from the University of Abidjan Cocody and has doctorate in from Sophia Antipolis, Nice. Kouamé has worked on public service concessions and studies that have led to the reform of various sectors of economic activity (coffee and cocoa, roads, the postal sector, livestock, and electricity). He has also participated in the negotiation and drafting of PPP contracts and has followed litigation cases for private companies before national courts of all levels and before certain arbitration courts. Kouamé is an expert for the African Development Bank (ADB) for which he participates in consultancy missions. He is the author of various publications on intellectual property, labour law and commercial franchising.
