Zinda Sawadogo
has specialised in corporate legal advisory and litigation since 1994. He has worked with SCP Kanga & Associés and Maître Jean François Chauveau, focusing on advisory and structured finance matters. Currently, he oversees corporate operations in structured finance. His expertise includes negotiating, drafting, and managing credit agreements for infrastructure, telecommunications, agriculture, and concession projects, particularly BOT models. He is also involved in bank debt restructuring, acquisition financing, and capital raising. Additionally, Zinda manages the creation and implementation of security instruments such as pledges, sureties, and mortgages to secure loan repayments. Since 2018, Zinda’s practice has focused primarily on advising on financing matters and, more specifically, supporting sovereign lenders.
