About Canan Doksat

Canan Doksat is a partner at Erdem & Erdem who leads the firm’s tax practice. She brings over 17 years of experience in tax law, including a decade at EY Türkiye, and specialises in tax and customs disputes, tax inspections, administrative reconciliation, constitutional tax litigation, customs controversies, and tax-efficient corporate restructurings, including mergers, spin-offs, and insolvency-related advisory. Her practice also encompasses corporate governance and transactional tax planning for domestic and multinational clients. She is a member of TUSIAD Tax Working Group, the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and DIŞYÖNDER.
