About Sena Coşkun

Sena Coşkun is an associate in Erdem & Erdem’s tax department, advising national and international clients on tax and customs disputes, tax inspections, reconciliation procedures and tax litigation, including Constitutional Court applications. Her practice focuses on tax-efficient corporate restructurings – including mergers, spin-offs, company type conversions, capital in-kind contributions and asset transactions – with her involvement spanning strategic planning through implementation. She also provides tax and legal advisory on insolvency and bankruptcy-related matters, as well as corporate law transactions such as general assembly procedures and capital restructurings. Her experience combines contentious tax representation with sophisticated transactional tax advisory across a broad spectrum of domestic and cross-border matters.
