About Mark Summers

Mark Summers joined Charles Russell Speechlys in 2004 and set up the Swiss offices in 2011. He is a partner at the firm and is located in Zurich. Mark is admitted to practice in England and Wales. He advises on wealth structuring for ultra-high net worth individuals and family offices located in or connected to highly taxed and highly regulated jurisdictions. Mark is a member of the International Bar Association and the vice-chair of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Public Policy Committee.
