About Kornelia Nagy-Koppany

Kornelia Nagy-Koppany is the founder and co-managing partner of KNP LAW. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Eotvos Lorand University Faculty of Law in Budapest, Hungary, Master of International Comparative Law degree from Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé in Strasbourg, France, and her LLM in Corporation Law from New York University School of Law in New York, NY, USA. She represents multinational and international companies in their cross-border transactions and acquisitions of Hungarian enterprises. Kornelia is a member of the Budapest Bar Association and the US District of Columbia Bar Association. In addition to her native Hungarian, she primarily works in English.
