She specialises in domestic and international patent and regulatory matters, particularly in the field of biotechnology and life sciences. Chyreene also has experience in commercial IP matters, life sciences regulatory matters and plant breeders’ rights matters. She is a fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL) and a board member of the Licensing Executives Society of South Africa (LES).
