About Liu Ziwei

Liu Ziwei is an associate of Capital Equity Legal Group, and his practice focuses on Insolvency Law and Criminal Law. He has acted as a bankruptcy administrator in several insolvency cases and has extensive experience in handling complex legal issues. Having published articles on insolvency law, he is a member of the Insolvency Law Research Society of Zhejiang. He received his law degree from Zhejiang University and his Master’s in Criminal Law from East China University of Political Science and Law. He is a native speaker of Mandarin and speaks English and Japanese.
