About Ren Yimin

Ren Yimin is the founding partner of CELG, and is the chairman of Zhejiang Bankruptcy Administrators Association, associate director of the Bankruptcy Protection Law Research Centre of KoGuan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a researcher at the Bankruptcy Law Research Centre at Renmin University of China. He has been ranked among the Restructuring/Insolvency Band 1 lawyers in China by Chambers & Partners. He has extensive theoretical and practical experience in the field of insolvency and restructuring, and has led a team handling dozens of insolvency and restructuring cases for large groups and public listed companies. He has been published in a number of core legal journals.
