About Wang Jianye
Wang Jianye
is a partner of CELG, and a director of Bankruptcy Law Research Association of Zhejiang Law Society. He has specialised in the areas of bankruptcy and restructuring since 2015, and is especially good at restructuring planning. He participates in many bankruptcy reorganisations, conciliation and liquidation cases of real estate and manufacture industries. He has published a number of papers and articles in nationwide influential publications, such as Bankruptcy Law Forum, Bankruptcy Law Café and Top 100 Commercial Law Cases.
