About Wang Jianye

Wang Jianye is a partner of Capital Equity Legal Group, and a director of the Bankruptcy Law Research Association of the Zhejiang Law Society. He has specialised in the areas of bankruptcy and restructuring since 2015, and is particulary skilled at restructuring planning, participating in many bankruptcy reorganizations, conciliations and liquidation cases for the real estate and manufacturing industries. He has published a number of papers and articles in nationwide influential publications, such as the Bankruptcy Law Forum, Bankruptcy Law Café and the Top 100 Commercial Law Cases.
