About Yun Zhu

Yun Zhu is a senior partner of CELG, and a director of Bankruptcy Law Research Association of Zhejiang Law Society. She specialises in the areas of bankruptcy and restructuring-related practices, and has vast experience in areas such as bankruptcy and reorganisation, distressed M&A, and out-of-court restructuring (pre-packaged reorganisation). She has acted as a bankruptcy administrator/member of a liquidating team, reorganisation investor’s counsel, creditor’s counsel, debtor’s counsel, bankruptcy administrator’s counsel and in various other roles. Yun has experience in sectors including real estate, shipping, autos, manufacture, hotels, and other industries. She has handled many cases that have been selected as ten example cases by the Zhejiang High Court.
