About Zhu Yun

Zhu Yun is a senior partner of CELG, and a director of Bankruptcy Law Research Association of Zhejiang Law Society. She specialises in the areas of bankruptcy and restructuring-related practices and has vast experience in areas such as bankruptcy and reorganisation, distressed M&A, and out-of-court restructuring (pre-packaged reorganisation). She has acted as a bankruptcy administrator, reorganisation investor’s counsel, creditor’s counsel, debtor’s counsel, bankruptcy administrator’s counsel and other roles. She has experiences in various sectors including real estate, shipping, automobile, manufacture, hotel and other industries. Many of the cases of which she was in charge were selected as ten typical cases by Zhejiang High Court.
