Dina Kouvelou is a partner at Nikolinakos & Partners, where sheheads the data protection and cybersecurity practice and co-heads the competition law, TMT and digital business practices. Her professional career has spanned TMT, data protection and cybersecurity, betting and gaming, competition law and corporate/commercial law. She was previously general counsel and head of legal and regulatory affairs in a leading alternative fixed telecoms operator; senior competition law and regulatory policy adviser in the legal department of the Telecoms and Post Commission of Greece; and legal consultant in tech regulatory, competition law and commercial law projects with Greek and international law firms and consultancies.
