About Nikos Nikolinakos

Nikos Nikolinakos is the managing partner of Nikolinakos & Partners, and co-head of the competition law, TMT and digital business practices. He provides regulatory and policy advice in the TMT sector, and on EU/national competition law, data protection and cybersecurity, emerging digital technologies, robotics, IP rights advocacy and compliance. Nikos was previously the legal and regulatory affairs director for a major telecoms operator and internet provider, and a senior in-house adviser to the Telecoms & Post Commission of Greece. He has held senior consulting roles in various international projects for governments, national regulatory authorities, market players and the European Commission.
