About Nikos Nikolinakos

Nikos Nikolinakos is the managing partner of Nikolinakos & Partners and is noted for his expertise in TMT, tech disputes, emerging digital technologies, data protection/cybersecurity, competition law and IP. Prior to founding the firm, Nikos held the post of general counsel for a major telecoms operator and internet provider, and was senior in-house adviser to the Telecommunications & Post Commission of Greece (EETT). He has been a Visiting Lecturer on electronic communications law, data protection/cybersecurity, emerging digital technologies and competition law at the AIT Center and at the National Technical University of Athens, and has authored several books.
