About António Juzarte Rolo

António Juzarte Rolo joined PARES in 2012 and has been a partner since 2017, jointly co-ordinating the firm’s commercial and corporate law practice. He advises on mergers, acquisitions, demergers, corporate restructuring, and the structuring and negotiation of joint ventures, as well as on management regulations for fund management, private equity and venture capital firms. He also supports clients in negotiating commercial contracts, working predominantly in Spanish and English. He holds an LLM in International Business Law and a Postgraduate Degree in Commercial Law, both from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
