About André Rei

André Rei is a senior associate at PARES, which he joined as a trainee in 2016 before qualifying as an associate in 2018. He works primarily in commercial and corporate law, advising on the formation, acquisition and restructuring of companies and business groups. He also advises on the structuring and negotiation of joint ventures and has experience preparing, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, partnership and investment agreements, working in Portuguese, English and French. He holds a postgraduate qualification in M&A and Corporate Litigation from the University of Lisbon and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
