About Marta Belchior

Marta Belchior is an associate at PARES, which she joined as a trainee in 2019 before qualifying as an associate in 2021. She focuses on commercial and corporate law, advising companies on their formation, administration, reorganisation and restructuring, including acquisitions, mergers and transformations, as well as dissolution. She also advises on the structuring and negotiation of joint ventures and has assisted companies in preparing, negotiating and executing contracts essential to their commercial operations. She holds a postgraduate qualification in M&A and Corporate Litigation from the University of Lisbon and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
