About Samantha Jameson

Samantha Jameson is a partner at Tensegrity Law Group. She practises patent litigation in US district courts, the ITC, the PTAB, the Federal Circuit, and private arbitration, including matters involving medical devices and life sciences research tools. She has contributed to the Sedona Conference WG 10, Naples Roundtable, Berkeley Center for Law and Technology, and Strafford CLE. Before joining Tensegrity, she was law clerk to the Honourable Richard Linn of the Federal Circuit. Samantha has a deep life sciences background, including a PhD in Cell Biology. Her scientific work has been published in PLOS Genetics and Developmental Biology.
