About Ahmed Ali

Ahmed Ali leads the tax advisory practice of S&A. He is a Chartered Accountant with over ten years of professional experience. Prior to joining the firm, he was the Assistant Commissioner General at the Maldives Inland Revenue Authority where he joined as Manager of the Audit Management in 2011. Having worked at MIRA almost from its inception, Ahmed played a key role in formulating and implementing the tax laws currently in force in the Maldives. Further, with his extensive knowledge, together with necessary academic and professional qualifications, he brings a unique blend of skills and perspective to the firm in advising his clients.
