About Mariyam Sana

Mariyam Sana has extensive exposure in the field of both tax administration and tax policy plays a key role in providing clients with the optimal solution to address their tax concerns. She is a Chartered Accountant with over ten years of professional experience. Prior to joining S&A, Sana worked at the Maldives Inland Revenue Authority, during which she has led tax audits of some of the largest and high-profile taxpayers in the Maldives. She joined Ministry of Finance in 2019 as a Fiscal Analyst and was a member of the Income Tax Act drafting committee providing technical input to the drafting committee.
