Alexandre David is co-head of the M&A, Financial Structuring and Restructuring, and Agribusiness practices at /asbz. He leads advisory strategies in financing and financial restructuring matters, both domestic and cross-border, across various sectors of the economy. He has extensive experience assisting foreign players, particularly on matters related to agricultural operations in Brazil. Leader of the special situations practice, focusing on the acquisition and disposal of dispersed claims, single-name credits, and stressed assets and/or companies. Founder and former president of the Brazilian Agribusiness Law Association. Author of national and international publications, as well as a speaker at events in Brazil, the USA and the UK.
