About Gabriela Claro

Gabriela Claro is responsible for leading local and cross-border transactional operations, advising domestic and foreign clients on mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, capital raising, business structuring and implementation, restructurings and corporate reorganisations, and other complex corporate transactions across various sectors of the economy. She worked for six years in investment banking as a vice president of financial advisory in M&A transactions, which provided a strategic and comprehensive deal-making perspective on the M&A process. She assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer of /asbz in 2024, a position she holds alongside her responsibilities as a partner-adviser in M&A, corporate, financial projects and strategic contracts.
