About Victoria Penkova

Victoria Penkova is the managing partner at Penkova & Partners and has been practising law since 1990. She has extensive experience in the fields of construction, real estate, contract and commercial law and M&A. Victoria provides legal consultations in all phases of construction and represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings. Qualified in the practical use of FIDIC conditions of contract, management of contract claims, and resolution of disputes, she is a chair of the Bulgarian Society of Construction Law and is included in the list of adjudicators at the Bulgarian Association of Architects and Consulting Engineers. Victoria is fluent in English.
