About Yavor Tankov

Yavor Tankov has been a member of Sofia BAR since 2018 and joined Penkova & Partners in 2019. His practice is focused predominantly on the fields of contract and commercial law while he also has experience in construction and public procurement matters. Yavor provides legal consultancy and procedural representation on multiple matters to various clients, including a contractor under a railroad infrastructure project. He has completed an introductory course on the practical use of FIDIC Conditions of Contract and a course on matters of arbitration at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Yavor is fluent in English and Spanish.
