About Célia Benmesbah

Célia Benmesbah is an associate at Schertenleib. She is a lawyer at the Paris Bar, a UPC representative, and holds a degree in sciences with a major in life sciences. Her practice focuses on patent, trade secret and competition law, both in advisory and litigation matters. Célia has represented chemical and pharmaceutical companies in trade secret, patent and SPC litigation before French courts. Before joining Schertenleib, Célia completed several internships in the intellectual property departments of international, European and French law firms, as well as in legal tech.
