Marc Lauzeral
is of counsel at Schertenleib Avocats and a lawyer at the Paris Bar. Marc’s practice is focused on complex cross-border patent, SPC and trade secrets disputes. Marc has extensive experience at every stage of litigation, from preliminary injunction to final hearing and appeal before French courts and the Unified Patent Court. In addition to previous experiences at international law firms, Marc was a law clerk for the intellectual property judges of the Lyon Court of First Instance.
