About Marc Lauzeral

Marc Lauzeral is a partner at Schertenleib. He is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and UPC Representative. Marc’s practice is focused on complex cross-border patent, SPC and trade secret disputes. Marc has extensive experience at every stage of litigation, from preliminary injunction to final hearing and appeal before French courts and the Unified Patent Court where he advocated the first hearing of the Paris Local Division. In addition to previous experience at international law firms, Marc was a law clerk for the intellectual property judges of the Lyon Court of First Instance.
