About Yasmine Azzaoui

Yasmine Azzaoui is a lawyer registered at the Paris Bar and at the New York Bar. Her practice focuses on patent law, both in advisory and litigation matters, on related competition law issues as well as on other intellectual property rights (trade mark law, copyright, design). Before joining Schertenleib Avocats, Yasmine completed several internships in the intellectual property departments of French and international law firms, where she gained experience in patent, trade mark and e-commerce law.  She also acquired knowledge in intellectual property law at universities in Asia (Seoul National University, South Korea, 2015) and in the USA (U.C. Berkeley School of Law, California, 2019).
