About Aminath Amathulla

Aminath Amathulla joined Premier Chambers in 2012 and is a senior associate. She is well versed in corporate, commercial and employment matters. Her areas of practice also include banking and finance, tourism-related acquisitions, litigation and dispute resolution. She assists, advises and represents various foreign and local clients before the tribunals and courts in the Maldives. She also provides legal advice and assistance to clients in general commercial matters. She has been involved in drafting, vetting and finalising complex commercial contracts too.
