About Awoke Mitku

Awoke Mitku is an associate in the corporate and finance practice of Mehrteab & Getu Advocates LLP (MLA). Awoke provides legal advisory services in a wide range of investment, corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, corporate finance, corporate governance, project finance, sovereign debt and sovereign debt guarantee, private equity and dispute settlement. Awoke also teaches law at Addis Ababa University School of Law on a part-time basis. As a member of Africa in the Moot and the Moot Alumni Association, he developed his expertise in alternative dispute resolution in addition to his M&A experiences.
