About Oskar Kochman

Oskar Kochman is an attorney-at-law in the capital markets team at Dubiński Jeleński Masiarz and Partners sp.k. He specialises in capital markets law, with a focus on investment funds. He advises fund management companies and investment funds on regulatory, operational and transactional matters. From 2017 to 2024, he worked at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (PFSA), handling licensing proceedings, supervision, legislative work, and CEDUR seminars. He represents clients before the PFSA and other state authorities, including during inspections. A member of the Warsaw Bar Association, he graduated from the University of Warsaw and is a mediator at the PFSA Arbitration Court. He is fluent in English.
