About Rafał Lidke

Rafał Lidke is a partner at Dubiński Jeleński Masiarz and Partners sp.k. and an attorney in the capital markets department, associated with the firm since 2007. He has been involved in the establishment of around a dozen investment fund management companies and several dozen investment funds. In addition to capital market law, Rafał advises on personal data protection, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing. He is one of the co-authors of the first comprehensive commentaries on the Act on Investment Funds, published in 2023 by CH Beck. He is fluent in English.
