About Tomasz Masiarz

Tomasz Masiarz is a managing partner at Dubiński Jeleński Masiarz and Partners sp.k. and a leading expert in investment funds law and capital markets. Since 2001, he has advised on trading in financial instruments, with particular emphasis on the regulatory framework governing investment funds and asset management. Tomasz has authored numerous legal solutions that have shaped market practice for years. He has extensive experience in advising investment fund associations, banks and investment companies, and is a lecturer and sought-after conference speaker. He is one of the co-authors of the first comprehensive commentaries on the Act on Investment Funds, published in 2023 by CH Beck.
