About Emil Zanadi Sasongko

Emil Zanadi Sasongko is an associate of K&K Advocates’ corporate and technology practice group, with a particular focus on privacy, TMT, general corporate, and commercial IP. He has assisted local and international companies in organising their data protection compliance initiatives and advised various global technology companies on product and electronic systems compliance. Emil has assisted foreign clients in establishing their Indonesian operations, whether through foreign direct investment, joint ventures or franchising arrangements. Emil previously served as legal counsel for South-East Asia’s largest edutech provider, focusing on product compliance, PDP and intellectual property matters. Emil is a member of the Association of Indonesia Data Protection Practitioners (APPDI).
