Justisiari Perdana Kusumah is a leading figure for intellectual property (IP) law in Indonesia. As managing partner of K&K Advocates, Justi oversees the firm’s commercial IP, TMT, and dispute resolution teams. Justi has advised and represented government agencies, state-owned enterprises, and multinational companies on IP litigation and enforcement, transactions, legal due diligence and other legal matters. Justi’s clientele include the world’s largest software developer and Indonesia’s state-owned telecommunications conglomerate. Justi was involved in the drafting of many IP-related regulations as a member of an IP expert team created by the Indonesian government. Justi is currently a member of the Indonesian IP Consultant Association’s Advisory Board, the International Trademark Association and the Asian Patent Attorneys Association.
