About Anna Zlatoudi

Anna Zlatoudi is a senior associate at Sardelas Petsa Law Firm, and head of the corporate law practice. She has with more than 20 years’ experience in banking, capital markets, regulatory and compliance, corporate governance and regulatory affairs, most of them as senior in-house adviser to a Greek non-systemic bank. Anna has been involved in several securitisations and portfolio sale transactions. She holds a law degree from the University of Athens and her studies include an LL.M. in Labour Law from the University of Athens and an MBA from Hellenic Open University.
