Anna Zlatoudi is a partner and head of the corporate law practice at Sardelas Petsa Law Firm. She is a business lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience in banking, capital markets, regulatory and compliance, corporate governance and regulatory affairs, mostly as senior in-house adviser to a Greek non-systemic bank.
