About George Fragkos

George Fragkos is a Court of Appeals lawyer and a partner and head of the energy department at Sardelas Petsa Law Firm. He practises public and administrative law, with a particular focus on environmental and RES licensing and regulatory framework. He conducts legal due diligence in the context of project finance and/or the acquisition of complex and large-scale RES projects and/or shares of SPVs developing RES projects. He counsels both private and state-owned companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors on regulatory issues related to Greek law and permitting issues. George also advises contracting authorities and economic operators on a wide range of EU and Greek public procurement law.
