About George E. Fragkos

George E. Fragkos is a Court of Appeals lawyer and head of the energy department of Sardelas Petsa Law Firm. He has been admitted to the Athens Bar Association since 2015. He graduated from the National and Capodistrian University of Athens (Faculty of Law) and holds an LLM in Public Law from the same institution. George practises public and administrative law, focusing on environmental and RES licensing, and due diligence for project finance and/or transactions concerning complex and large-scale RES projects. He counsels clients/companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors on regulatory and permitting issues. George is also specialised in public procurement law, and advises contracting authorities, contracting entities and economic operators on a wide range of EU and Greek public procurement law.
