Konstantina Kalogiannidi (Nantia) is a partner at Sardelas Petsa Law Firm and head of the project finance team. She has more than ten years’ experience of advising clients, mainly banks, acting as lenders into syndicated loans, bond loans, project finance and restructurings, including RES projects and energy and other infrastructure projects, having been involved in most transactions of this type in the Greek market. Nantia has handled major infrastructure project financing transactions involving more than one of the Greek systemic banks and wholesale clients operating in the industries of hotels, real estate, casinos, etc. She is a regular contributor to publications with a finance law focus.
