About Nantia Kalogiannidi

Nantia Kalogiannidi is a qualified Court of Appeals lawyer, and admitted to the Athens Bar Association. She is a partner at Sardelas Petsa Law Firm and head of the project finance team. Nantia has 10 years’ experience of regularly advising clients (mainly banks) acting as lenders in syndicated loans, bond loans, project finance and restructurings – including RES projects, energy, real estate and other infrastructure projects – and has been involved in most transactions of this type in the Greek market. She has handled major infrastructure project financing transactions involving Greek systemic banks and wholesale clients operating in the industries of energy, hotels, real estate, casinos, etc. Nantia is a regular contributor in publications with a focus on finance law.
